New Years Resolution for 2012

(Not in any particular order.)

  1. Learn to stop wasting time and money thinking about useless things, investing money in garbage, doing meandering tasks just for the heck of it, and being around or helping people who don’t even appreciate it nor acknowledge your existence.
  2. Earn at least $2,000 from PPA. Succeeding goals will be in $500 increments. Save at least 80% of the earnings for emergencies.
  3. Clean my house.
  4. Get a girlfriend. (Hopefully, but not necessary.)
  5. Expand my network. Learn to become sociable and friendly or ‘friendly’ by using a facade if necessary.
  6. Learn to smell and taste wine without getting buzzed.
  7. Work out more often, preferably everyday to every two days since I don’t feel as fatigued as I use to. I should try to go slightly beyond my threshold every time to gain more endurance and muscle growth. I would like to become muscular and stronger without sacrificing my current body size.
  8. Develop a healthier diet, and try to avoid junk foods when possible.
  9. Try to hangout and/or talk to the people from church a little more. Even though we cannot relate to each other (Agnostic-Atheist vs. Christian perspective), I suppose I could give them a chance. But when they start relating everything in life to religionism, they are definitely getting ignored. But one thing is for certain; I am not going to attend fellowship.
  10. Learn to not digress too often while conversing. Being logical might help.
  11. Continue learning to live life without that former high school friend of mine (Disa Yu) since I’ve lived life for about four years without her as a friend. It makes no difference whether or not this year changes anything for the better or for the worse.
  12. Learn to not become attached to people because current friends might not be future friends. In other words, be impersonal.
  13. Try to learn to sleep earlier, preferably 12 - 1AM. This could be temporarily accomplished through eating at the proper time of the day.
  14. Try to keep in touch with the remainder of my former high school friends, if possible.
  15. Try to keep in touch with the remainder of my former college friends, if possible.
  16. Use diet, nutrition, and exercise to maintain a 27” waistline all year round.
  17. Start saving for emergencies, marriage (if I can ever get a girlfriend, and married), children (if I have any in the future), and retirement.

Monthly Career (This Month) - Horoscope

The 1st and 2nd are days for really thinking hard about your hopes, dreams and goals career-wise. What do you want from the New Year? What do you expect to give in return? On the highly productive 3rd, you might want to try working from home if you can. You could find you really get a lot done far from the distractions of the water cooler. Plus, it can be nice to spend the whole day in your pajamas, especially in the winter. If you find you work well on your own, you might want to consider trying to make telecommuting a more permanent part of your work life. Or, on the other hand, you might decide your current work situation is optimal. On the 8th, make whatever it is you want to happen, happen. That’s right: The power is in your hands. Make even more happen on the 11th, when a busy day is no match for a busy bee like you. You discover just how well-connected you already are when you start activating your networks on the 16th. By the 20th, you have to think about making a decision, but chances are you still have some time to deliberate. On the 25th, work hard for what you want. Slow way down on the 30th. End the month with some seriously good news on the 31st!
